Frequently asked questions
Everything about the brand, the operation and support. Questions about a specific game live in that game's own FAQ.
What is Nerux Gameservers?
Nerux Gameservers runs German game servers in a data centre in Germany (Hetzner) — DDoS-protected, with low pings across central Europe. Right now there are two Rust servers (Vanilla+, solo/duo) and one Palworld server (PvE, 2×, no wipe). Each game has its own section on this site.
Do the servers cost anything?
No. Every Nerux server is free to play, with no password and no paid advantages. If you want to support the project you can do so voluntarily through the support link — there is no pay-to-win on any server.
Where do I get help or report a rule breach?
On Discord. That is where the admin team is reachable, where questions get answered and where breaches are reported. Reports need evidence — a clip for cheating, an unedited screenshot for chat incidents.
Where are the servers and what is the ping like?
In a data centre in Germany (Hetzner), with DDoS protection. For players in Germany, Austria and Switzerland that means short routes; from the rest of Europe the ping is usually still perfectly playable.
Which rules apply on all servers?
Respectful conduct, no hate speech, no cheating, no dupes, and reports go through a ticket rather than public chat. The full rule book is on the rules page; each game adds its own rules on top.
Can I get a server for another game?
Ask on Discord. Another game gets added when someone actually wants to play it and the server can be monitored for the long run — availability is only promised once it is actually being checked.
